On July 9, China Hualu Group held a commendation conference to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Ou Li, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Hualu Group, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Members of the Group's leadership team presented awards to the representatives of the "Outstanding Individuals and Advanced Organizations" and the Outstanding Party Member Task Forces. The conference conveyed the spirit of the commendation conference and the special Party lecture on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements, held by the Party Leadership Group of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) to mark the 105th anniversary of the CPC. It also made arrangements for the key Party building tasks in the second half of the year.

The conference pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1 has set the political direction and built consensus, upheld fundamental principles and broken new ground in theory, and charted the course and outlined actions for practice. It has further clarified the direction and provided guidance for achieving the central tasks of the Party on the new journey in the new era. The Party Leadership Group of CETC has requested that the study and understanding of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech be integrated with the study of Xi Jinping's thoughts on Party building and the educational campaign on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements. Participants must truly understand "for whom to create political achievements, what kind of achievements to create, and how to create them." They must properly handle the relationships between "stability and progress, establishment and abolition, the virtual and the real, symptoms and root causes, and the near-term and the long-term," focusing on enhancing the "six capabilities" and achieving the "six transformations."

The conference required all Party members and cadres of China Hualu Group to stay true to their original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind, establish and practice the correct view of political achievements, and focus on the 15th Five-Year Plan and the 2026 annual targets. Key tasks include studying and implementing Xi Jinping's thoughts on Party building, continuously deepening the educational campaign on the correct view of political achievements, conducting a comprehensive review of the implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises on its 10th anniversary, and earnestly completing the follow-up work on inspection and rectification. All personnel must take solid actions and perform their duties competently, effectively translating Party building outcomes into high-quality development achievements, and demonstrating firm support for the "two establishes" and resolute commitment to the "two safeguards" through practical actions.

The conference emphasized that Party organizations at all levels must promptly convey the spirit of this conference and earnestly implement the work arrangements made by the Party Leadership Group of CETC and the Party Committee of China Hualu Group. They must refine work measures and ensure accountability. The principal leaders at all levels must fulfill their responsibilities as the first persons in charge. Grassroots Party branches must give full play to their role as strong fighting bastions, and Party members and cadres must set an exemplary and pioneering example, ensuring the smooth realization of the Group's annual work targets and strategic goals for high-quality development.

The conference was held in a hybrid format combining on-site and video attendance. More than 200 people attended the meeting, including all cadres and employees at the Group's headquarters, the leadership teams and mid-level cadres of its subsidiaries, as well as representatives of the "Outstanding Individuals and Advanced Organizations" and the Outstanding Party Member Task Forces.
