The history of China Hualu
is short but remarkable, with great successes
and yet difficulties.
Aiming for Chinese AV industry, China Hualu
was established at Dalian, on June 17, 1992, under
the direct supervision of the Chinese leadership.
China Hualu was jointly invested by nine pointing
national AV enterprises.
But the Chinese AV industry was only a transitory
one. The whole industry, as well as China Hualu,
fell into hot water because of the dramatic market
shrink in June 1995. However, China Hualu survived
such hardships by thoughtful market re-orientation,
product structure adjustment and management reform.
Eventually China Hualu not only overcame all the
obstacles but also attained greater achievements.
Along with the deeper Chinese market economy reform
and further manufacture structure readjustment,
and based upon the decision made by Chinese State
Council for further development, China Hualu Group
Co., Ltd. was registered in Dalian, on June 18,
2000.
As the parent company of China Hualu, China
Hualu Group Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for
investment policy-making, technology development
and management service. China Hualu Group has
developed manufacture structure including AV,
film, IT technology, service and trade. So far
China Hualu has experienced several stages for
instance establishment, survival, adjustment and
so opens its new chapter of prompt development
now.
